As an HR Generalist you will provide support to the day-to-day HR operations from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. You will support seamless and positive experiences across all HR touchpoints, contributing to an inclusive workplace culture where employees thrive. Working alongside the Director of HR, you will also have the chance to collaborate and support strategic HR initiatives including DEI programs, process improvements and culture development. As the HR Generalist you are responsible for:
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for temporary and permanent, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee files in the HRIS, ensuring appropriate filing and retention of employee records.

As the HR Generalist, you will bring:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in Hum Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in an HR Generalist or a related role.
- CPHR designation or working towards it is considered an asset.
