Role: Senior Design Technologist

As the Senior Design Technologist, you will be responsible for:
- Developing architectural drawings for permit applications and comprehensive construction documentation including drawings, calculations, schedules, and specifications.
- Contributing to construction administration activities, including take-offs and shop drawing coordination.
- Expert design using AutoCAD creating models that encompass seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.
- Ability to create basic electrical and mechanical drawings, schedules, documentation.
As the Senior Design Technologist, you will bring:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural drawing with experience in multistorey (mid and high rise) buildings.
- Electrical and/or mechanical drafting experience would be an added bonus.
- A track record of teaching and mentoring junior design technologists, sharing your knowledge and expertise to nurture emerging talent.
- A bachelors degree in architectural technology, engineering, or a related field.
