We have been operating for almost 10 years and are located in the heart of Saskatoon.  At our location, we operate both a production brewery and packaging facility.  This summer, we are looking to add a new team member in a fulltime position to assist with packaging and delivery operations in our brewery.  Principal responsibilities will include:

1)    Cleaning kegs, fermentation vessels and brewing equipment.

2)    Bottling, canning and other packaging tasks.

3)    Delivering kegs, bottles and cans to our retail partners (within and outside Saskatoon)

4)    Assisting our Head Brewer with the brewing process.

You will also be asked to perform tasks outside those principal responsibilities such as taking the occasional shift on events/product tasting.  As we are a small business, there are many opportunities to grow in your role and gain experience in other aspects of 9 Mile Legacy  whether in events, sales and deliveries or execution of the onsite experience.  

While we consider experience in the brewing industry an asset, it is not essential.  What is essential is that you (a) can work both independently and as a positive, respectful team member, (b) have a passion for well made beer and community involvement and (c) continually demonstrate exceptional work ethic and character.  The successful candidate will be critical thinking, a proactive problem solver and detail-focused in approach. The Packaging and Delivery Operator position is a particularly good way to get experience in the craft brewing industry.
