The Northwest Regional Housing Authority is located in the communities of Buffalo Narrows and Ile a La Crosse and also serves the surrounding communities of Turnor Lake, St. Georges Hill and Michel village.  We are currently recruiting a full-time Tenant Relations Officer (TRO) to join our team in Buffalo Narrows!

The Position:
-Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect

The Position:
-Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect rent
-Prepare and explain leasing agreements
-Coordinate move-in and move-out process
-Manage tenant and public inquiries
-Prepare and monitor banking statements

Responsibilities and Requirements:
-Ability to problem solve and manage conflict
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Exceptional client relations skills and the ability to deal tactfully and courteously with the public

Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and some experience in an office environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience  
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
