This position involves assisting customers in locating parts/tools/supplies/equipment,  providing quotes/pricing and completing sales transactions in an Auto Parts Store.

Core Responsibilities:
-Build relationships with customers by providing helpful and friendly service.
-Research and identify parts solutions for customers - Problem Solving
-Maintain product inventories and displays in order to maximize sales.
-Work in all areas of the store including; counter sales, shipping/receiving, warehouse and deliveries.

Minimum Requirements:
-Outgoing personality/enjoy customer interaction
-Provide positive customer experiences and creative solutions.
-Enjoy working in a team/collaborative atmosphere.
-Strong communication skills - verbal and written (phone and in person)
-Able to lift boxes and parts up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
-Understanding of basic computer systems
-Willing/eager to learn
-Valid drivers license
-Willing to operate forklifts (training provided)
-Previous customer service/retail experience is an asset but is not required.
