Front Desk Spa Coordinator

Join one of Saskatchewan's top Luxurious spas. Our Spa is a lululemon sales partner which has been a great addition to our spa.
Our busy season is around the corner and we are accepting resumes for a full time (4-5 days/week) Spa Coordinator. Clothing/retail experience with knowledge in lululemon clothing is an asset.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Spa Supervisor & Spa Director responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Answer telephone inquiries promptly & professionally
Greet all guests in a friendly and efficient manner
Be knowledgeable about all aspects of spa services and the spa
Book / Schedule Spa services
Maintain spa guest files/records
Able to assist guests with retail purchases
Have complete understanding of and adhere to all company policies and rules
Maintain inventory and stocking of all reception materials
Laundry and general cleaning
Other duties as assigned
Must be able to work days/evenings/weekends
Must be 19 years old
Must have or willing to take the Serve It Right Course immediately if hired.
Clothing retail experience an asset
Must have cash handling experience.
Knowledge and understanding of spa services
Excellent customer service skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Problem solver
Great communication skills-written & verbal
Excellent team player
Self motivated
Must have computer experience
Experience in answering phones, filing and
reception duties and a basic accounting knowledge
Supervisor experience an asset
