This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and service requests in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, quick learners with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Research solutions, clarify issues, and escalate unresolved problems.
Explain bylaws, regulations, and policies to customers.
Process payments, negotiate arrangements, and refer collections.
Update customer accounts and document transactions.
Work Environment:
Performance-Driven: Regular metric reviews for efficiency.

High-Intensity Interactions: Professional handling of challenging inquiries.
Detail-Oriented: Data entry and verification.
Who You Are:
Skilled in explaining complex information and managing escalated inquiries.
Knowledgeable about city services, bylaws, and policies.
Proficient with office tools and software.
Experienced in cashier duties and payment processing.
Capable of meeting deadlines and managing tasks.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and 3+ years of front-line customer service experience.
Call center experience and additional training are assets.
Additional Requirements:
Criminal record check may be required.
Proof of education and additional assessments may be needed.
