You will play a key role in ensuring member-facing teams across the organization develop both the skills and abilities required to deliver on the Conexus purpose. This role is based at our Head Office in Regina, however remote options, from withinthe Conexus marketplace, will be considered.

Your time:
Sales Skills Learning and Development Delivery
Sales Campaign Learning Support
Sales Management Practices Support
Project Support

Your experience:
Five years experience in financial services including minimum 3 years coaching and/or developing sales skills in teams with proven sales results
In-depth knowledge in sales and sales and management practices
Relevant post-secondary education
