Northwest School Division, IT Office, in Meadow Lake, SK requires a full-time temporary Administrative Assistant to I.T.. Duties are to commence June 23, 2025 or on a mutually agreed upon date and terminate December 22, 2026 or the early return of the regular employee.

Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Technology, the administrative assistant would provide clerical and administrative assistance to the Supervisor of Technology to support the day to day operations of the Technology Department.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, organized and motivated team player, with clear written and verbal communication skills, and able to work under minimal supervision.  Candidate should possess a grade 12 diploma, minimum of one year of secretarial training or sufficient experience, basic understanding of IT operations, and relevant knowledge of computer applications. Candidates require a valid drivers license.
