Are you passionate about doing meaningful work? Do you care about water as one of our most important resources? The Water Security Agency is seeking an Executive Administrator to join the Science & Licensing team.

Reporting to the Senior Executive Administrator, an employee in this job will provide senior administrative and clerical support to the Executive Directors (ED) and their branch, including highly confidential and detailed work. This employee will provide support to the Vice-Presidents office as requested.

Some of the duties include:
- Prepare routine to complex correspondence, reports and other documents of a non-technical nature and varying in confidentiality
- Manage the EDs calendars; track and update due dates, action items and bring forwards on behalf of the branch
- Track and edit ministerial items for the Branch on behalf of the Executive Director (ED), ensuring deadlines are met
- Schedule, co-ordinate and book appointments, meetings, conferences, accommodations, lunch and travel arrangements, technical equipment and CVA vehicles for staff

An employee in this job will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will work among a diverse and passionate team of professionals from various disciplines.

The successful candidate will have a certificate in a one year Office Administration program or similar program and 2 years of related experience.

This role is subject to a satisfactory criminal record check.
