About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, emergency and preventative repairs, landscaping, yard upkeep, and snow removal. The successful candidate will be skilled in safely operating motorized equipment, construction tools, and machinery. You should also be comfortable working in various environments, including climbing ladders, navigating confined spaces, and lifting or carrying objects.
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
* A working knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and operations
* Physical capability to perform a range of manual activities
* A valid Class 5 driver's license with a good driving record
* WHMIS certification
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
You should be ready to work in a dynamic work environment with varying workloads and deadlines, and be known for your approachability, teamwork, and flexibility when interacting with clients and colleagues.
