The SPSA is seeking a highly motivated, conscientious, innovative and strategic leader to be the Director, Financial Operations. You will use strong communication skills to provide advice to executives, directors and managers on all aspects of financial planning, management, reporting, controls and analysis. You will be a key player in the development of the Agencys strategic plan and accountability processes. Leading a team of financial personnel, you will develop and monitor financial plans and services, and provide direction on acceptable internal control policies and procedures to protect and safeguard the assets of the Agency.
