The City of Regina is seeking a forward-thinking Business Solutions Specialist to help shape the future of our City Operations Division. Reporting to the Manager, Divisional Business Support, youll bridge the gap between business units and corporate partnersdelivering innovative, impactful solutions that support service delivery across departments.

From developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing reporting tools to streamlining workflows and supporting technology rollouts, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in building a more efficient, data-informed city.

What Youll Do:
Collaborate with leaders to develop and track KPIs, financial reports, and strategic insights

Create and implement complex management reports using multiple data systems

Apply business process improvement and project management methodologies

Administer management systems and stay current on tech innovations

Document standards, procedures, and workflows

Train staff on new systems and processes

What You Bring:
A degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

35 years of experience in data/financial analysis, reporting, and technology implementation

Knowledge of SQL, Crystal Reports, or similar tools

Strong understanding of accounting, KPI reporting, and municipal operations

Proven skills in project management, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration
