The La Loche Housing Authority is currently recruiting a full-time, Temporary Tenant Relations Officer to join our team!

The Position:
-Process housing applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees, and collect rent
-Coordinate move-in and move-out process
-Manage tenant and public inquiries
-Prepare and monitor banking statements

Qualifications:
-Grade 12 or equivalent, familiarity with Microsoft Office, some experience in a business environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience  
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
