Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Meat Cutter at our Food Store location in Nipawin, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Meat Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Reporting to the Meat Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Cut, trim, and prepare various cuts of meat according to customer requests or store requirements.
Ensure a culture of safety while maximizing operational efficiency.
Prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment
Maintain and display all types of meat products according to department standards.
Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

You can fulfill physical job requirements; Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy items up to 50 lbs.
You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Work may involve exposure to cold temperatures in refrigeration areas.
