The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist plays a critical role in driving Avana's online visibility and lead generation. This role is responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO/SEM strategies, and analyzing performance data to inform marketing decisions. By leveraging data-driven insights, the Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist ensures Avana's digital efforts contribute directly to resident acquisition, retention, and market expansion.

The candidate must have:
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or SEO/SEM management.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship).
