Are you a collaborative leader passionate about building vibrant, inclusive communities? The City of Regina is hiring a Supervisor of Community & Non-Profit Support to lead a dynamic team that empowers local Community Associations and non-profit groups to thrive.

In this role, youll guide a team of consultants dedicated to community engagement, organizational development, and partnership building. Youll help shape neighbourhood strategies, support grassroots initiatives, and drive programs that promote sport, culture, recreation, and social wellbeing across the city.

What Were Looking For:

Proven leadership in community development or non-profit sectors

Strategic thinking with experience in planning, engagement, and partnerships

Deep understanding of inclusive community building, including Indigenous relations

Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Experience supervising staff and managing budgets
