Are you a detail-driven professional with a strong grasp of zoning regulations and a passion for community standards? The City of Regina is hiring a Development Control Officer II (Enforcement) to uphold zoning compliance and contribute to smart urban development.

In this role, you'll take the lead on zoning enforcement, investigate infractions, provide expert guidance to stakeholders, and help review and approve development applications. Your ability to communicate clearly, apply regulations firmly yet fairly, and manage sensitive enforcement matters will be key to your success.

What Were Looking For:

Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent education

Minimum four years of experience in planning or development

Strong knowledge of zoning bylaws and enforcement procedures

Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and handle conflict with professionalism

Proficiency in BlueBeam and Windows-based software

Valid Saskatchewan drivers license and access to a vehicle
