Leading acquisition initiatives including job analysis, posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and completion of the selection and onboarding process.
Assisting with the development of training plans and evaluating development programs to ensure effectiveness and alignment with employee growth and company objectives.
Employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive workplace culture through regular feedback, performance reviews, and recognition programs.
Coaching and mentoring managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance, fairness, and consistency across the organization.
Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and managing performance improvement plans
Oversee the Health and Safety Coordinator and work together on safety compliance, WCB reporting, audits, investigations, and training for employees in all areas of Health and Safety.
Collaborating with leadership teams to assess and address organizational development needs, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals.
