KB Better Construction is a fast growing construction & renovation company known for delivering high quality work and exceptional customer service. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, and we are looking for reliable, skilled workers to join our team.
We are seeking skilled renovation workers with hands on experience in general construction and renovation tasks. The ideal candidate will be  dependable , detailed oriented, and able to work both independently and as a part of a team.

Applicants should be truthful on their resume; One of the field supervisors will interview you to test your knowledge and sometimes will work with you in the field.


Key Responsibilities
- Perform renovation and repair work according to project specifications.

-Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

-Follow company safety and quality policies.

-Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Requirements
- Proven experience in general renovations/construction.

-Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Ability to read and follow instructions, plans, or drawings.

- Must have reliable transportation

Requirements:

. Strong technical skills across multiple trades.

. Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

. Must have a valid driver's license

. Wages is $30.00 per hour, can be less or more based on experience.

. The ability to work independently.

. Must reside in Canada.
