The Executive Assistant is a key partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving operational efficiency and organizational alignment at Habitat for Humanity Saskatchewan. This role provides high-level executive support, manages complex calendars and communications, and ensures strategic priorities are executed effectively.
Primary responsibilities include supporting board governance, maintaining organizational systems, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and managing property and contract administration. The Executive Assistant also plays a vital liaison role, fostering collaboration across departments and with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEOs calendar, email, and follow-ups using project management tools
- Prepare agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action items
- Coordinate board meetings, AGM logistics, and maintain governance records
- Oversee office systems, special projects, and contract compliance
- Support internal events and community engagement logistics
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years experience in executive or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks Online, and digital collaboration tools
