At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Trucking Admin to join our fast-paced, energetic company working from Yorkton. You will work with the Trucking team to maximize efficiencies & ensure customer satisfaction. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will creating positive interactions in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.
Responsibilities
-Process all Trucking Dept permits (over weight/dimensional in SK, MB & AB)
-Complete trucking invoicing & POs for all locations
-Maintain records/assist in booking for unit maintenance, inspections, repairs
-Maintain performance tracking of drivers: hauls/day, KM/day, fuel used, perform driver time maintenance duties in payroll as directed
-Assist in scheduling pick up/delivery needs: outside carriers, hauling, pulling, piloting
-Complete inventory tracking on all deliveries
-Monitor/report on Safe Driving, vehicle maintenance, driver hours
-Provide other admin duties as required
Requirements
-Minimum Gr 12 education
-Previous admin experience in ag/trucking an asset
-Strong written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills
-Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
-Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
-Ability to work in fast-paced environment & under pressure
-Ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, holidays
-Valid drivers license
