What You Bring
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Agribusiness, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role  preferably in ag, equipment, or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to build, execute, and optimize marketing plans from the ground up.
- Strong digital marketing skills including CRM, web content, email automation, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communicator with a keen sense for customer insight and storytelling.
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial instincts, comfortable with change and ambiguity.
- Agricultural background or a deep understanding of the farming community is a major asset.
