Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide day to day operational readiness of the computing infrastructure within the PECC
Provide desktop, server, storage & network support, deployment and commissioning within the PECC computing environment
Ensures operational readiness by monitoring/support of IT infrastructure including backup & storage environments
Ensure the security of the environment is kept in accordance with Cyber security best practices, policy & procedures
Provide deployment of patches &

Ensure business applications are evaluated for vulnerabilities
Develop documentation for the PECC environment
Develop & practice business continuity plans & exercises
Engage with operations/clients to ensure operational needs are being met.

ITIL Foundation v4
Cybersecurity Operations Analyst (CCOA)
CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification or proven experience
CompTIA Server+ or equivalent certification or proven experience
Specific certifications based on deployed infrastructure an asset
Fortinet
HP server, storage and network
Experience
7-10 years of experience in Infrastructure support, network or server support & desktop support
-Storage & backup infrastructure management & support
-Communications infrastructure management & support
