The VP of Sales is responsible for leading BOLDs Sales Team, ensuring customer acquisition and revenue growth targets are achieved by maximizing sales team potential and developing national strategies to keep BOLD competitive and innovative. The successful candidate will demonstrate an impactful corporate presence, exceptional attention to detail, communication and time management skill, and will provide stellar leadership to achieve our business objectives. This role must be based in Saskatoon, as a strong onsite and cross-functional presence with operations is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own the development and execution of high-impact national sales programs and brand-aligned marketing campaigns
Evolve and lead the national sales strategy to achieve and exceed BOLDs revenue and market share targets
Define and implement provincial sales objectives aligned with long-term national plans
Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
Anticipate market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and proactively position BOLD for competitive advantage
Continue to develop BOLDs innovation pipeline
Partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, marketing, operations, finance, and product development to ensure unified strategic execution
Track, analyze, and communicate sales performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Lead, develop, and inspire BOLDs national sales force, including internal teams and third-party partners
Ensure sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and support required to perform at the highest level
Set clear performance expectations, conduct coaching and reviews, and lead compensation planning and talent development
Take on high-level strategic projects and executive responsibilities as assigned, with a view to future organizational leadership
