Do you have a passion for water infrastructure and leading technical teams? We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable, and people-focused Manager to lead our Operations & Maintenance unit!
As the manager, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to clients and managing the Operations & Maintenance of WSA'ss Infrastructure with a team of technologists, technicians, operators, and other support staff who are responsible for inspecting, assessing, operating, and maintaining these infrastructures.
This position will provide leadership and develop tactical plans for WSA infrastructure. This role also involves developing and implementing structured operations plans, communicating with stakeholders, improving understanding of current conditions, and overseeing inspection, monitoring, maintenance, and rehabilitation activities.
The successful candidate will have either a diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a similar technical discipline along with certification as a Professional Technologist (P.Tech) from Technology Professionals Saskatchewan, or a degree in Civil Engineering or a
similar engineering discipline, with a license to practice professional engineering from the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS) and have 9 years of related experience.
