Reporting to Food Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedure, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to liquor, lottery, and tobacco.
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
Knowledge and understanding of the Point-of-Sale system (POS) and pumps.
Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment.
You must be 19 years of age or older.
You are willing and able to obtain Serve It Right, WHMIS certification.
You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
