We are hiring a Property Manager to join our Regina team. The successful applicant will succeed in a fast-paced, progressive career, enjoy working with people in a team environment and provide outstanding customer service. This permanent full-time salary role is designed to manage the customer experience and daily operations for one of Avana's existing residential rental property portfolios and the associated residents.  

The Property Manager is responsible for the complete professional management and overall customer service of their designated property and resident portfolio, acting as the main point of contact. You will work effectively and collaboratively with Avana's Rental Home Specialists and Maintenance Technicians to provide optimal value for Avana while ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be professional, highly organized, efficient, and customer-oriented.

The candidate must have:
- Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the property management industry is considered an asset.
- Be legally eligible to work in Canada (i.e. Permanent Resident status or Canadian Citizenship).
