The Good Spirit School Division invites applications for a permanent part-time Educational Assistant (EA) at Sturgis Composite School in Sturgis, SK.  

Assignment and Term:
This position is a temporary part-time position of 5.5 hours/alternating days in accordance with the Educational Assistant school calendar.
The position commences August 26, 2025.The work schedule will be determined.

The successful candidate will have the desired qualifications:
-Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent.
-Acute attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and the ability to work as a team member will be considered assets.
-Assist the classroom teacher to support learning with all students in the classroom.
-Maintain strict confidentiality of all information pertaining to a child, classroom and the school
-Provide assistance to students with mobility needs and/or who require personal care.

Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be paid on a monthly basis at an hourly rate from $20.39 - $25.04* plus applicable vacation pay.
Benefits include the Municipal Employees' Pension Plan if enrollment is chosen and opportunities to attend professional development seminars.
