Job Description
-Overseeing the work of cleaning personnel, providing guidance, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
-Assigning tasks, and reallocating work to cover absences or adjust to workload fluctuations.
-Conducting regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure they meet the company's and client's standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
-Monitoring and ordering cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate

-Providing training to new cleaning staff and ensuring they are familiar with cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
-Preparing reports for management, maintaining records of work schedules, inventory, and other relevant information.
-Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment for cleaning staff.
-Ensuring the premises meet regulatory standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
