These skills are gained through a two-year diploma in a relevant field of study, such as Business, or defined equivalency, possession of a driver's licence and 5 - 7 years experience in designing, creating, maintaining, and updating of training materials, including the delivery of training programs. The successful candidate is expected to possess or be working towards an Adult Education certificate.
