-Knowledge of office procedures; maintain accurate records/files and documentation, organization, and planning skills
-Mail and bank deposits
-Accounts receivable responsibilities including, invoicing, receiving credit card payments
-Payroll assistance
-Fleet management (i.e., registrations, permits, safeties, etc.)
-Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e., Excel and Word)
-Knowledge of Sage is an asset
-Other common accounting procedures
