Reporting to the Manager of Provider Services Transformation, this role serves as a critical bridge between business operations and technology solutions.
In this position, youll play a lead role in transforming business needs into effective technical solutions, guiding projects from conceptual design through to physical implementationall while considering broader enterprise architecture impacts. You will also support the organization in achieving its strategic vision through the deployment of innovative technology and business process improvements.
As a key member of the team, you will act as a change agent, contributing to service modernization efforts and business transformation initiatives. Youll provide leadership in business analysis, process design, and solution alignment to ensure client needs, government priorities, and enterprise standards are met.
What Youll Do:
Lead and manage changes to business processes and IT applications.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop business cases to evaluate current services, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies for improvement.
Assist clients in gathering and documenting detailed business and technical requirements.
Monitor emerging technologies and services, evaluating industry trends to inform business strategies.
Analyze service models in other jurisdictions to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Create clear, detailed technical documentation such as user/system requirements and solution designs.
