Position Overview:
This is a dual-role position combining customer service and hands-on shop support. Youll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and delivery partners, while also pitching in on the production floor to help keep things running smoothly.
Were looking for someone who is very friendly, eager to learn, and able to pick things up quickly. The sign business can be fast-moving and detail-oriented, so a positive attitude and strong attention to detail are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Answering phones and emails
Taking orders and customer payments
Assisting walk-in customers and delivery drivers
Shipping completed orders to customers
Occasional site surveys (must be comfortable going off-site)
Light management of our social media (minimal but helpful)
Production/Shop Support:
Helping with sign production (cutting vinyl, assembling signs, banners, etc.)
Receiving shipments and materials
General shop upkeep (cleaning, organizing, sweeping floors)
Jumping in wherever needed we love busy bodies who take initiative!
What Were Looking For:
Very friendly and approachable personality
Quick learner especially when it comes to products, materials, and processes
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
Comfort with technology (email, social media basics, etc.)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Any experience in signage, vinyl cutting, or print production is a bonus, but not required
