You might be at a mid-to-large firm now, doing good work, but feeling disconnected. At Gates Law, you'll be free to build your ideal practice, choose the files and clients you care about, and work without the pressure of billable targets. You'll be supported, but never micromanaged, by a small, experienced team that feels like family.
