The Ministry of Agriculture has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a highly motivated, self-confident and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join their regional services team. This is a permanent, full-time position located in Humboldt, SK.
Your responsibilities as a member of the regional team will include assisting clients with general information and pathfinding, both in-person and over the phone. You will also be responsible for a wide range of office administration activities, such as:
monitoring of and processing payments for office expenditures;
purchasing of supplies;
maintaining inventory and records;
developing and maintaining an appropriate filing/record management system for the office;
managing/maintaining office equipment, space and furniture; and
As the Regional Services Representative, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will require the ability to accurately complete multiple tasks with competing priorities.
Typically, this knowledge would be gained through the completion of a certificate in office management/administration support and/or several years of experience in an office environment.
