Brandt is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer in our Regina, Saskatchewan location. This position is responsible for the design and drafting of Electrical Engineering works, along with preparing of reports, estimates, site visit inspections, and project contract administration.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Focus on building design. Responsible for the design and drafting of *Electrical Engineering works associated with the construction of various new buildings and renovations projects
*Responsible for the design and detailing of electrical elements for all projects, including plans, technical details, and specifications
*Review and investigate preliminary engineering options during the planning and schematic design process
*Coordinate with sub-consultants as necessary
*Preparation of cost estimates, tender contract documents, and engineering reports
*Prepare conceptual and detailed design calculations, layouts, sketches, and specifications which meet Brandts needs, and which comply with sound engineering practices and standards
*Investigate field and design items to prepare reports

Required Skills:
*Good written & verbal communication skills, attention to detail, enthusiasm and driven to succeed in a positive environment

Required Experience:
*Must have experience with AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD software
*2+ years experience in a Consulting Office preferred
*Must have Electrical Engineering degree
