In a fast-paced, multi-division environment, it supports critical decisions and keeps operations aligned by managing incoming communications, drafting accurate bulletins, preparing professional presentations, ensuring consistent tone, messaging and branding in line with company direction across all segments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
*The responsibilities of a Communication Specialist include, but are not limited to:
*Manage and triage incoming supplier and general communications, routing them to the correct internal teams. Prioritize time-sensitive messages and escalate to relevant teams.
*Maintain accurate distribution lists for communications.
*Draft and catalogue clear, professional bulletins, ensuring accuracy and maintaining consistency in formatting, branding, and tone across all communications in alignment with company standards.
*Maintain a structured, searchable archive of all bulletins for reference by management and staff.
Required Skills:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
*Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
Required Experience:
*Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with experience creating fillable PDF forms and Microsoft Forms.
*Familiarity with branding standards and ensuring consistency in tone, format, and style.
