Join our team as a Paratransit Clerk, where youll play a key role in supporting accessible transportation for our community. Join our team as a Paratransit Clerk, where youll play a key role in supporting accessible transportation for our community. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate daily paratransit services by receiving, processing, and dispatching trip requests through a computerized scheduling system. Working closely with operators and the Integrated Transportation Services Coordinator, youll help ensure reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.

This ongoing position offers 1015 guaranteed hours per week, with the potential for additional hours (up to 30 per week) to provide coverage as needed. Candidates must be available for on-call shifts during the following service hours:

Monday-Friday: 5:30 a.m.  11:05 p.m.

Saturday: 6:45 a.m.  midnight

Sunday & Statutory Holidays: 7:45 a.m.  7:00 p.m.

This role is ideal for those balancing part-time commitments, such as another job or post-secondary studies. Please note that it is not suited for individuals seeking full-time or seasonal summer-only employment.
