We're Hiring: Program Specialist Social Inclusion
Are you passionate about building a more inclusive community? The City of Regina is looking for a Program Specialist Social Inclusion to lead the development and delivery of recreation and leisure programs that serve marginalized populations including individuals with disabilities, youth, seniors, newcomers, Indigenous peoples, and LGBTQ+ communities.

Are you passionate about building a more inclusive community? The City of Regina is looking for a Program Specialist Social Inclusion to lead the development and delivery of recreation and leisure programs that serve marginalized populations including individuals with disabilities, youth, seniors, newcomers, Indigenous peoples, and LGBTQ+ communities.
What Youll Do:
Design and deliver inclusive programs that break down barriers to participation.
Partner with community organizations to identify and close service gaps.
Lead and support casual staff, volunteers, and cross-departmental teams.
Shape the future of recreation services through strategy, training, and innovation.
What You Bring:
A diploma or degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Community Development, Adapted Physical Activity, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience working with marginalized populations.
A deep understanding of inclusive practices and program development.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
