Reporting to the Crop Inputs Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Safely operate bulk fertilizer trucks, tankers, and other agricultural delivery and application equipment.
Deliver dry and liquid fertilizers, feed, seed, and fencing and other miscellaneous products to customers fields and storage sites in a timely manner.
Perform bin moves and wide load transport as required.
Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections; report and or address any mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate delivery logs, scale tickets, and related paperwork.
Assist in facility operations, including loading, unloading, and general maintenance as needed.
Support yard, warehouse, fertilizer plant during peak seasons and as needed.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

You carry a valid Class 1A drivers license wide load and oversized load experience is an asset.
