Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Meat Clerk at our Food Store Location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Meat Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full-Time Meat Clerk at our Food Store Location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Meat Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points though various communication channels.
Prepare products to Co-op standards, package and label finished products, maintain production records.
Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.
Maintain product freshness, rotation, and quality standards.
Assist with cutting, trimming, and preparing meat as needed.
Continue to monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Operate meat wrapping and labeling equipment safely and correctly.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
