We are looking for a Customer Service Center Representative to help grow our business and contribute to our future.  

The Customer Service Center Representative provides excellent customer service through a variety of contact channels on ISCs products and services. This position primarily provides front line, in-person customer services and support for ISCs product lines including the Land Registry and Personal Property Registry (PPR).

Reporting to Customer Service Centre Manager, other highlights include:
- Providing final authority in processing registrations while examining/researching packets, complex or otherwise, and then either rejects or registers all packets submitted for registration.
- Providing instruction to clients from corporations, the public, government officials and professional groups such as Solicitors, Real Estate Representatives, etc. with regards to packet (Land Title documents) registrations/rejections, procedural inquiries, and registration questions.
- Performing accounting duties using the Client Account Management System daily, including financial and clerical transactions.
- Other related duties.

Requirements:
- A two (2) year post-high school Diploma (or) equivalent training and/or experience, as well as experience in a front-line customer service environment.
- Bilingual in French & English with oral and written communication is considered an asset.
