We are hiring a Site Supervisor for our New Home Construction Company.  This position will be a supervisory role and will monitor and coordinate at the site level the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
Responsiblities:
- The Site Supervisor will also assist in coordinating, scheduling and evaluating projects according to schedule. As well as be able to be on the tools to help with checkouts etc
- A Journeyman's Carpenters Certification Red Seal or Higher.  Proven training experience with regards to job site safety.
- Good knowledge of National Building codes.
- Ability to deal with homeowners, salespeople, sub-trades and office staff.
- Work in a high pace environment and must meet deadlines.

The Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (ie Permanent Resident Status or Canadian Citizenship? and must have a valid Class 5 drivers license with a clean driver's abtract.
