Junior Architectural Technologist
Wage/Salary
$50,000 - $60,000 annually
Employment Terms: Full/Part-Time
Employment Length: 8 hours per day/40 hours per week

Job Description
Responsibilities
-Work under the supervision of a Project Architect or Senior Technologist.
-Develop building information models and construction documents using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
-Assist with the coordination of engineering consultants.
-Perform quality assurance reviews of own work and edit and correct the building information model as required.
-Assist in the preparation of contract documents for tender.

-Examine drawings for conformity and error.
-Assisting with on-site reviews.
-Assist with Contract Administration duties.

-Knowledge of construction detailing for a variety of building systems and types-
-Hold a valid Class 5 drivers licence.
-Ability to travel to facilitate work throughout the province.
-Prioritize safety.
-Prioritize quality of work.
-Ability to work remotely.
-OH&S training required will be provided by P3A.
-Must be able to obtain a Reliability security clearance from the Government of Canada.
-Adherence to IT security protocols and best practices.
Software & Applications
-Proficiency using Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and Bluebeam.
-Proficiency in Microsoft office suites including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Education & Experience
-Diploma in architectural technology from Saskatchewan Poly Technic or equivalent.
-2-3 years in a similar position.
