ISC is seeking a strategic and accomplished leader to join ISC as the Senior Manager, Project Delivery. As a senior member of our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in project delivery across the Canadian region. This is a high-impact role for a professional who thrives on building strong teams, driving efficiency, and aligning projects with organizational priorities.

Some Key Duties:
- Leading the Project Management function, ensuring best practices, scalable frameworks, and delivery excellence across the organization.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to align expectations, scope, and outcomes.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for solution delivery in support of corporate goals.
- Overseeing resource planning and allocation to optimize project outcomes.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting project managers to build project management capability and maturity.

What Youll Need:
- A degree or masters in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in the corporate registry domain.
- PMP certification (preferred) with proven success leading enterprise-level projects.
- Management experience leading a team of project managers.
