The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Parts Advisor for its Lakeland Ford Dealership. We are looking for a person who excels at customer service, who will enjoy dealing with our amazing customers, has a passion for automobiles and someone who will enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. With an occasional Saturday rotation.

As the successful applicant you will:

Have superior customer service skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Be extremely organized
Have exceptional multi-tasking skills
Pay close attention to detail
Be self-motivated
Previous parts or dealership experience is considered an asset.
In this exciting role, you will:

Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies
Reconcile calculated inventory with physical counts
Prepare, maintain and update purchasing files, reports and price lists
Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
Process incoming requisitions and issues or distributes parts and supplies for internal usage
Maintain records of orders and the amount, item and location of parts supplies on hand using an inventory system
Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
Advise retail customers or internal users on appropriateness and availability of parts, supplies or materials requested
Manage and process returns
