Turtle Park Co-operative Child Care Centre is a play-based, inclusive early learning center dedicated to supporting the development of the whole child. Our team values collaboration, creativity, and a nurturing environment for both children and staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help lead our team in a supervisor role. The right candidate will be responsible for:

    Opening and closing

Turtle Park Co-operative Child Care Centre is a play-based, inclusive early learning center dedicated to supporting the development of the whole child. Our team values collaboration, creativity, and a nurturing environment for both children and staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help lead our team in a supervisor role. The right candidate will be responsible for:

    Opening and closing the center on a rotational basis
    Supporting team members with observation and documentation
    Answering staff and parent questions or concerns when the Assistant or Executive Director are unavailable.
    Helping to ensure that the center is meeting and following the standards set out by the Ministry
    Covering for staff when they are sick, on vacation or programming.
    And any other responsibilities set forth by the Executive Director.


Qualifications required are:
    Level II or III in Early Childhood Education
    Valid First Aid/CPR Level C
    Working Knowledge of Play and Exploration
    Recent Criminal Record check with a vulnerable sector screening
    Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Other qualifications that are not required but an asset to have:
    Food Safety Certification
