At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to join our fast-paced, energetic team working from any of our locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a tech savvy problem-solving individual to be a part of the future of ag. You will provide end-user training & support to the company for a variety of business applications. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.

Responsibilities
-Provide business application support & problem resolution for end-users
-Collaborate with all depts to ensure systems align w/business needs
-Work with internal/external teams to customize/configure systems
-Create & deliver training to end-users
-Assist with updates, maintenance, documentation, monitoring
-Manage & participate in IT projects as assigned
Requirements
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills
-Up-to-date skills & knowledge of business applications
-2+ years relevant IT exp w/tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk
-2+ years exp with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin
-Cert/exp with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Info Systems an asset
-Valid drivers licence
-Willing to travel to remote stores for support outside of standard business hours as needed
