At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Developer to work from any of our locations. You will implement BI software & systems including integration with database & data warehouse & develop easy to understand reporting & analysis. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealers you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.
Responsibilities
-Work with partners to define data needs & tailored BI solutions
-Analyze data, identify patterns, trends, provide insights
-Develop reports & dashboards
-Create robust, scalable BI solutions & data architectures
-Train & support end-users to enhance useability
-Develop/maintain data governance frameworks
-Build/maintain strong relationships with internal/external partners
-Contribute to/lead projects focused on data analytics & business intelligence
Requirements
-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
-Concise communication of complex issues
-Strong info seeking, organizational, problem-solving skills
-Advanced knowledge of SQL, database mgmt, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP)
-Exp w/data warehouse design & data mining
-Meticulous attn to detail
-Bach degree in Comp Science, IT, Data Science, or related
-3-5 yrs in BI development or data analysis, proven exp in data governance & quality mgmt
-Cert in BI technologies & data governance frameworks
-Valid drivers licence
-Willing to travel, work flexible hours
